Our Approach

Built from both sides of the table

Svayz development started in 2025 after our founders experienced first-hand how broken the hiring process is - from inside recruiting organizations and as job seekers themselves.

We built the platform we wished had existed: one where companies save real time and money without sacrificing quality of hire, and where candidates have a genuine shot based on their actual skills and potential.

We're headquartered in London, officially incorporated in 2026, and operating across the UK and EU market.
